Banana Pancakes

This Banana pancakes recipe is well loved by everyone in the family.

Banana pancakes are quick and easy to make and have the simplest ingredients that everyone have handy at their home.

Ingredients for Banana Pancakes:

  • 3/4 cup of Quaker
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbls sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 2 medium egg
  • 50 gram melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbls honey

How to make banana pancakes:

  1. Prepare all the dry ingredients in one bowl: whole wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, quaker and salt
  2. In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, honey and butter
  3. Using the fork mash the banana and add it to the mix (in step 2)
  4. Add all dry ingredients (in step 1) to the mix (in step 2) and mix it well together
  5. Heat the frying pan with some oil on it
  6. Fry until you will start see a small bubbles and then flip them
  7. And that’s it! This banana pancakes are quick and easy to make. I hope your family will love them!
