This Veggie Tortilla Quesadilla recipe can be made with whatever veggies you have. It’s also on the healthier side quick and easy to made but the most important it’s also a delicious!

Ingredients for Veggie Tortilla Quesadilla:
- 3-4 tortilla
- 3-4 tbs of garlic butter or tomato paste
- Handful of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Handful of shredded cheddar cheese
- Handful of shredded feta cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
How to make Veggie Tortilla Quesadilla:
Pre-heat the oven for 180C (350F) before you start working.
1. Cut tortilla wrap until the middle
2. Spread garlic butter or tomato paste
3. Add handful of shredded mozzarella cheese
4. Add handful of shredded cheddar cheese
5. Add handful of shredded feta cheese
6. Cut the tomato into circles slices
7. Cut the red onion into circles slices
8. Warped it up first one side and then fold and close the other
9. Spence them up on the backing sheet
10. Put them in the oven for 12 minutes
