What I love about this cake that every bite of this cherry cake is tender moist and have a lot of cherry flavor.
Ingredients for Cherry Cake:
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup flower
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 cup cherry
How to make the Cherry Cake:
- In the blander mix together sugar and eggs until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Heat the butter in the Microwave for 30 seconds
- Add the melted butter and the milk into the mixture and mix together.
- Add flower and baking powder in to the mixture and mix together well
- Grease a baking dish with oil
- Layout the dough, spread it evenly
- Spread the cherries on the dough
- Pre-heat the oven for 180c
- Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes
